The project is located in a prestigious residential area of Geneva, at the edge of Lake Geneva (Lac Léman), with panoramic views of the Mont Blanc massif.

The building is organized over three distinct levels: the ground floor houses the living areas, the first floor contains the bedrooms, and the semi-basement is dedicated to the spa and wellness zone.

A central feature of the project is the patio, which connects the levels via a monumental staircase and maximizes natural light, reducing the need for artificial lighting.

The living areas open onto large covered terraces overlooking the garden, creating a continuous dialogue between interior and exterior and highlighting the surrounding mountain views.

The choice of materials defines the villa’s identity: the west and east façades are clad in travertine, the north façade is screened with elegant wooden slats providing privacy for the main entrance, and the semi-basement façades are finished in sawn natural stone, adding solidity and refinement to the overall design.
